On-time promise: If we miss the confirmed delivery time (and it is our fault), you get a full refund and one free assignment of similar size.
The delivery window is set in hours after we review your brief and you confirm. The countdown starts when the order is confirmed. If we deliver after that window for reasons we control, the guarantee applies.
